Simple .NET WebClient example (EEML)

Hi,

Just getting started here with the Pachube API.

Prior to setting up publication of some power sensing data
I've created a simple .NET project & solution under
Visual Studio .NET 2008.

There are many ways in which this could be improved
but it gives a basic working example of EEML PUT of data
and GET of the current published data.

Code is uploaded to:

http://www.dynamicdevices.co.uk/downloads/PachubeXMLFeedTest-1.0.0.zip

You'll need to change the text box entries for URL and API Key
to the Pachube feed URL for your test feed and your secret API
key.
